I know, don't even say it, I must have a dozen different side projects going on, I can hardly keep track of them. But ideas keep coming nonetheless and if I dont attack them head on I know I'll regret it soon! SO here it is. My new book idea.
It's a lot simpler than my previous book ideas, basically because I don't yet have to take on the challenge of coming up with my on text, and trying to buckle down my brain to do endless hours of research. I am going to reillustrate the old popular (and some very rare!) children's nursery rhymes. I know it's been done before, but not by me! And what better way to practice illustrating for children, and drawing figures of children, than with a whole book of them! Here's the first below, and I want everyone to send me their ideas and favorite rhymes from their childhood, and I'll put them on my list!
